Arkansas shot 23 percent from the field in the second half and only 30 percent for the entire game. The Razorbacks also continued to struggle from deep, making only 5-of-24 shots from 3-point range for the game.

With the Hogs now mired in their worst losing streak since the 2004-05 season, Arkansas coach John Pelphrey said only the players can help right the ship.

"I'm sure it's frustrating [for our players]," Pelphrey said. "And there's nobody coming through that door to help us. Joe Johnson's not coming [to help]. Sidney Moncrief's not coming [to help]. The guys we have in that room have to get it done."

Pelphrey said the recent slide isn't due to a lack of effort or bad attitudes, and believes the Razorbacks will play better.

"Our guys are certainly very, very disappointed, but I believe in this team," Pelphrey said. "I love the way they work, I appreciate their attitude and their willingness to be a team and I've seen them overachieve at the highest level. I would expect nothing but on Monday for those guys to come back out even more determined to play better. I believe they can, and I believe they will."
