Arkansas drivers may be going hands-free if new legislation passes the General Assembly.
Sen. Kim Hendren, R-Gravette, brought two bills to the table Jan. 12, at the start of the current legislative session: Senate Bill 28, which would prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from operating a vehicle while using a cell phone, and House Bill 1013, which would ban all drivers from using cell phones unless they use a hands-free peripheral.… Post the First Comment |
