Survivors need support from those who understand

2008 has started off on a very bad note for several university campuses across the country. In the past month, four U.S. universities, including the UA, have experienced the violent deaths of students. UA math classes present problems

I got lucky my freshman year.

I'm talking about my math class, of course. I didn't know it at the time, but I was extremely fortunate to have one of the few sections of Survey of Calculus that was taught in the traditional lecture format. I wouldn't go through the trouble of describing it here, but apparently this is becoming about as common as a truly original metaphor in a college newspaper's editorial writing.… Post the First Comment

Great front-page story on the steps graduating students take to apply for graduation and to collect all of the nice things that go along with graduation.
